Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the TrendSignals app, website and browser extension (together, “the Service”). By using the Service or subscribing to TrendSignals Pro you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Not financial advice

TrendSignals is an information tool. It publishes measurements of market data — trend states, price levels where methods agree, and historical records of what those levels did. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. We do not know your circumstances, and we do not manage money for you.

Trading and investing carry risk, including the total loss of the money you commit. Past behaviour of a market, and any historical or forward record shown in the Service, is not a prediction and not a promise of future results. Every decision you make is your own.

We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Service does not constitute a regulated activity.

Your account

You need an account for some features. Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
One account is for one person. Do not share, resell or redistribute Pro content.
You must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

Subscriptions and payment

TrendSignals Pro is a recurring subscription. The price and billing period are shown before you purchase, at the point of purchase.
It renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Where you bought it is where you cancel it: purchases made through Google Play are managed in your Google Play account; purchases made on the web are managed through the link in your purchase confirmation email.
Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for — your Pro access continues until that period ends.
Founding-member pricing, where offered, is honoured for as long as your subscription remains continuous.
Prices may change. We will tell you before a change affects you, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds and your cancellation right

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google’s refund process.
For purchases made directly, UK and EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. Because the Service is digital content supplied immediately, you are asked to agree at checkout that supply begins straight away, which ends that right once supply has begun. Where the right still applies, contact us and we will honour it.
Beyond that, we will consider any reasonable refund request — write to us.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute the data or the signals.
Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, share Pro credentials, or reverse engineer the Service except to the extent the law permits.
Do not use the Service to break the law or to harm others.
We may suspend or end an account that does these things.

Availability

The Service depends on third-party market data and infrastructure. It is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, that data will be accurate, complete or timely, or that any particular feature will keep existing. We may change or withdraw features.

Limitation of liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to that: we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

Your data

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time via this page.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version, and material changes affecting subscribers will be notified in the app or by email.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your home country.
